Acro & Massage Lessons
Ever wanted to learn how to actually touch someone well? Or maybe your partner would love a massage that lasts more than 10 minutes.
Welcome to a partner massage class for just you & the partner of your choice — romantic or otherwise. I've taught newlyweds, folks celebrating their 35th anniversary, parent-child pairs, friends, roommates, and I'd love to teach caregivers too. If you can think of someone you'd like to connect with more deeply through touch, and they’re game, that's probably the person to bring!
We work 2:1 aka completely private. Unlike group massage classes where you're learning next to strangers, this is just you, your person, and me.
I'm not running you through a standard routine either — I want to teach you things that actually work for your body AND theirs simultaneously, so each session is bespoke to your specific needs.
Spoiler: I come from a Thai massage background, which means I'll probably tell you to put your hands away and use your forearm instead. Or your elbow. Or your foot. Turns out the best tool is sometimes not the one you'd expect — and that's kind of the whole point.
Every session is built around this one core idea: big impact, least amount of effort.
What you'll walk away with isn't just a few moves — it's a new way of communicating without words: How to listen through touch, how to voice what you need, how to build trust through physical presence. What a dreamy way to be more intimate!
(And I encourage you to film what we do so you can remember what we worked on once you’re home.)

What's included in a massage lesson?
You'll spend 2.5 hours learning massage techniques by taking turns working directly on your partner. Each of you gets an hour to work on the other (with my guidance) and each massage is tailored to that specific body. At times we'll both be working on your partner at once so you can mirror what I'm doing — which is honestly one of the fastest ways to learn.
You can choose between floor-based Thai massage (fully clothed, on a mat) or table-based oil massage, which blends Lomi-lomi, Thai, and deep tissue techniques. Thai massage is a great option if you don't have easy access to a table at home.
What's included in an Acro lesson?
You'll spend 2.5 hours on the floor learning the basics of basing and flying. Depending on your skill level, you'll each walk away with 3-5 poses or variations to play with at home.
One thing worth knowing: if there's a significant size difference between you (think 8+ inches in height or 50+ lbs), we'll adjust the format so one of you focuses on basing and the other on flying — and to keep it reciprocal, the flyer will learn some Thai massage "leg love" movements too.
What about combining Thai Massage & Therapeutic Acro?
This is my personal favorite combo and honestly it makes a lot of sense — Thai massage and Therapeutic Acro follow the same principles. Both are about finding the path of least effort, using gravity to your advantage, and making the work feel good for both bodies involved.
In a combined session you'll spend 2.5 hours together learning 2-3 therapeutic Acro poses (depending on skill level) plus a 25-30 minute Thai massage flow for each person. Therapeutic Acro teaches you to balance your partner on your feet to provide spinal decompression and some genuinely delightful gravity-countering stretches — all while building trust and communication skills along the way.
